Child Safety & Privacy

Eduarise is made for children, so their safety and privacy come first. This page explains, in plain language, how we protect kids who use our AR products and the free Eduarise app. For the full legal detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Our promises to parents

  • We never sell children's data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
  • The camera is only for AR scanning. The app uses the camera to read the printed map and show 3D content. It is not used to record or watch your child.
  • No public child-to-child chat. There is no open messaging, so children cannot be contacted by strangers inside the app.
  • You can delete your account any time. Ask us and we will remove your account and the data linked to it.
  • Companion AI is built for learning. It answers children's questions in an age-appropriate way and is made for education, not open-ended chat.
  • We collect as little as possible. We only ask for what the product actually needs to work.
  • Schools can always reach us. If your school has a data or privacy question, contact us and a real person will answer.

What we collect, and why

  • Name and email to create your account and send your order or digital files.
  • Device information so the app runs correctly on your phone or tablet.
  • App activity such as which sections a child explored, so we can improve the learning experience.

We do not track the precise location of children, and we keep data only as long as it is needed to provide the service.

For schools

When Eduarise is used in a classroom, the school stays in control. We are happy to sign data agreements, answer parent questions, and explain exactly what is stored. Email us and we will help.

Questions or requests

To ask a question, request a copy of your data, or delete an account, email support@eduarise.com. You can also read our full Privacy Policy.
